“Organized, transparent, competent and well-founded”
The diagnostic process was very well organized, transparent, competent and well-founded from the first day to the final diagnostic interview.
The atmosphere during the diagnostic appointments was respectful, empathetic and at eye level.
I felt very well looked after and cared for.
All other contacts with the Gam team, e.g. for inquiries etc., were also professional, super friendly and fast.

My psychologist was Mrs. Seforic. I immediately felt that I was in good hands and the many conversations were very pleasant and serious. I would recommend her at any time.

Communication and appointments are smooth and uncomplicated. I got an appointment quickly, everything was super well organized. I felt well understood during the consultations and, as far as I could tell, it was a thorough diagnosis. I found the psychologist who looked after me to be very knowledgeable, including about the nuances and different manifestations of ADHD in adulthood.

“Very good and understanding ADHD diagnostics”
I had an ADHD diagnosis carried out at GAM and am very satisfied overall. I would particularly like to highlight Ms. Kaiser, who looked after me with great understanding during the sessions. I felt comfortable during the sessions and was able to talk openly about my concerns. The diagnostic process was professional and although the report took a little longer, I don’t see that as a disadvantage. All in all, a highly recommended place to go for a thorough ADHD diagnosis.
“Detailed diagnostic process and great customer service”
Many thanks to GAM Medical for the detailed diagnostic process and the subsequent treatment options. Regardless of the diagnosis, you get the feeling that time is taken and a thorough process is followed. The psychologists/psychiatrists seem very competent and knowledgeable in this area. + Great customer service and always available to answer any questions. There were four diagnostic appointments at the practice, but this didn’t just mean going through all the diagnostic steps in a blunt manner, but rather that you could learn a lot about yourself and grow through the conversations and different perspectives.

I showed my letter on the (preliminary) diagnosis, including a list of all the tests carried out, to a friend who had studied psychology and worked in the field, and she also commented positively on the stringency of the diagnosis. Differential diagnoses are also checked using various questionnaires and exchanges. I’m really relieved that I’ve now been able to get this over with after putting it off for years.
